We collect account details (such as name, email, and optional mobile/WhatsApp), birth-profile data needed for charts, payment and order references, and basic technical logs that help us keep the service reliable.
2. How we use information
- To generate and deliver astrology reports and related services.
- To process packages, payments, bank-transfer verification, and customer support.
- To send service messages you request (email or WhatsApp), when you provide consent.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with payment processors, email/WhatsApp delivery providers, and trusted operators who help run Taraka—only as needed to provide the service.
4. Retention and security
We retain account, order, and report records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Your choices
You can update profile contact details in Settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@astrotharaka.com Some records may be retained where required for payments, fraud prevention, or law.
