Refund policy

Clear rules for subscriptions, packages, and digital astrology reports.

Important: Once a subscription or package purchase is completed, no refunds are issued. Digital astrology content and report quotas are activated after purchase and cannot be returned.

1. No refund after subscription purchase

All subscription and package sales are final. After you buy a subscription/package (including bank-transfer activation and online payments), you are not eligible for a refund, cancellation credit, or chargeback for change of mind, unused quota, incorrect birth details you entered, or dissatisfaction with interpretive content.

2. What this covers

Starter packages, upgraded packages, and any paid report quotas.
Digital reports, PDFs, and online chart results delivered through Taraka.
Failed expectations caused by inaccurate birth time/place provided by the customer.

3. Delivery problems

If a paid report fails to generate due to a verified system fault on our side, contact support@astrotharaka.com with your order/payment reference. We will prioritize regenerating the report or restoring quota. That assistance is not a cash refund after a successful subscription purchase.
